Xếp tất cả nguyên liệu vào nồi lẩu với miến ở giữa, rau và nấm xung quanh, đặt thit bò lên trên, chế nước dùng tảo bẹ và nước ngâm nấm vào, thêm nước sốt đã trộn lên trên, đậy nắp và nấu sôi trên lửa vừa. Sau đó giảm lửa xuống mức nhỏ và nấu từ 15 - 17 phút đến khi bắp cải, nấm chín mềm.
