Thay vì sử dụng lá lốt như thông thường, mình đã kết hợp lá tía tô với thịt heo bằm, nấm mèo, gia vị cuộn lại, chiên giòn lên. Món ăn hấp dẫn, thơm ngon không kém các loại chả lá lốt khác đâu nhé!

Nấm mèo ngâm nước ấm cho nở mềm, cắt nhỏ. Sau đó, cho nấm mèo vào tô cùng thịt heo bằm, hành lá cắt nhỏ, 1 muỗng cà phê nước mắm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu, 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, trộn đều, để khoảng 10 phút cho ngấm gia vị.

Lá tía tô rửa sạch, để ráo. Múc hỗn hợp thịt heo bằm vào giữa, cuộn tròn lại. Làm lần lượt cho hết phần nhân và lá tía tô.

Làm nóng chảo dầu ăn. Gắp chả vào, chiên vàng giòn, nhỏ lửa cho chín đều các mặt. Thỉnh thoảng trở đều để chả không bị cháy.

Cho chả ra đĩa. Ăn cùng cơm trắng và chấm thêm nước mắm nếu nhạt.
